We defend clients on all workers’ compensation matters before the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Industrial Commission, and all courts and courts of appeals. These include matters involving claim allowance, additional conditions, extent of disability, treatment, permanent total disability (PTD), violations of specific safety requirements (VSSRs), fraud, and intentional torts.
